EXTRA WELD TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, supply, and use of all heavy-duty industrial safety gear sold under the "Extra Weld ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Products include but are not limited to NRP-45 Extra Weld Rubber Hand Gloves, Winter Five Gloves, Extra Weld Safety Helmets, and Extra Weld Steel Toe Safety Shoes.

By placing a commercial order, requesting a wholesale quote, or using these products, you ("Client," "Buyer or “User”) agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Commercial Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Bulk Supply Focus: The Extra Weld product range is primarily designed for commercial and industrial applications, delivering professional-grade safety solutions.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Unless otherwise specified in a written quotation, the standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Extra Weld hand gloves is 100 pairs per order. Selected products may also be available for individual or personal-use purchases.
  • Order Acceptance: All commercial orders placed through our authorized dealers, distributors, or online platforms are subject to technical verification, product availability, and final price confirmation by our headquarters in Kolkata.

2. Intended Use & Safety Disclaimers

  • Specialized Application: Extra Weld safety equipment is engineered to protect users from industrial hazards such as high temperatures, sparks, abrasions, and chemical exposure commonly encountered in welding, manufacturing, fabrication, and construction environments.
  • Mandatory Pre-Use Inspection: Users and workplace safety supervisors must inspect all protective equipment before every use to ensure it is clean, dry, and free from any visible damage.
  • Replacement Guidelines: Safety equipment should be replaced immediately if any signs of wear are observed, including cuts, tears, thinning material, damaged lining, or reduced grip performance.
  • Assumption of Risk: Although Extra Weld products are manufactured to comply with applicable safety standards, industrial work environments involve inherent risks. Extra Weld shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from improper product selection, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or operation beyond the intended safety classification of the product.

3. Payment & Dispatch Clauses

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash in Advance (CIA), Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and other approved commercial payment methods as specified in the invoice.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability and transportation conditions.
  • Delivery Verification: Any shortage, transit damage, or packaging discrepancy must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

4. Quality Assurance & Product Samples

  • Sample Evaluation: Sample products are available upon request for bulk procurement orders, allowing customers and safety professionals to evaluate product quality, material specifications, weight, and suitability before confirming large-volume purchases.

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes, legal proceedings, or arbitration arising from the use of our products or services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
